How to saute fresh spinach

How to saute fresh spinach
First thing you will want to do is take one 8 ounce bag of spinach and rinse it off real good. Strain it to get as much water off of it as you can. Then lay it out on a cheese cloth;spreading it out. Use another cheese cloth as pat it dry. (you should always rinse any veggies or fruit that you buy).
Cut up 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
Then you cut up a couple green onion's.
Take a skillet and put about 2 TBS of olive oil in it.
Let the olive oil get hot over a medium high heat.
When the oil get's hot, add the garlic and the green onions.
Cook them for about 1 minute. (You should be able to smell a very nice aroma from them.)
Now add the spinach a handful at a time. Toss it around in the skillet with a set of tongs until it wilts. This will take about 3 minutes or so. When the spinach is all wilted, remove it from the heat and add some salt and pepper to taste.
That is all there is to it.
